  • How long does it take to process my order?
    To process your order ready for delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days, but delivery times do vary.
  • Can I customise my own design to print?
    Yes you can. We offer Custom T-shirt printing Service. Simply go to our services page and follow the instructions provided.
  • Can I make an online order and pick it up instore?
    Yes we do offer a click and collect option just find us instore. More information on the contact page!
  • What material do you use for your t shirts?
    We print on 100% polyester or 100 % cotton t-shirts. The specifications for each T-shirt is located in our Shop, on the Product Description.
  • What printing technique are you using?
    Sublimation. Sublimation is the process of printing in which the ink enters the fibers of the t shirt through heat transfer, this means the designs last alot longer than other forms of printing. It allows us to create very high quality designs with a large vivid depth colour .
  • What payment methods can I use to buy a T shirt?
    We offer Credit / Debit Cards and PAYPAL
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We do ship internationally, but shipping prices and delivery times do vary.
  • What delivery options do you offer?
    We send our packages with royal mail only, depending on where you are in the world or how fast you want your package delivered we can offer an option. More information on the shipping & returns page. Plase note we do not take responsibility for post and transit damage of the T-shirt.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We offer returns only if the product is - Faulty or broken - Printed design is not as shown on website or has been distorted - Product is not as ordered Up to 7 Days return policy in original condition.
  • What should I do if my order hasn't arrived in time?
    We suggest that you wait at least a week after your expected delivery time and contact us on our contact page and we will try to sort it out.
